How we work:

With up to 240 bell tents at our disposal, we have your event covered.
Please contact us with your dates, location and accommodation requirments.
Once we've had a chat and worked everything out...
1. We ask for 40% of the total cost of the booking to secure the dates.
2. Full payment 28 days before the start of your hire.
3. We come and set up our lovely bell tents for you :) 3
Local bookings include delivery, set up, take down and collection (t's&c's apply).
We also ask for a damage waiver (approx 20% of the total cost of the booking) and this is refundable up to 28 days after your hire..


ALTERNATIVELY IF YOU'D LIKE US TO CREATE A BOOKING PAGE FOR GUESTS:
1. You pay a 40% deposit based on the approx number of bell tents you will need.
2. We set up a booking page for your guests to book/pay
3. After the hire and once all the tents have been paid for, we refund
your deposit, minus any costs incurred.
